The Corporate Services portfolio provides a number of critical functions to support the University' being a vibrant and well managed institution with enthusiastic staff and students'
We provide the University community with the following:
Complaints and Information Management Unit is responsible for the management of the University's complaints management processes and to assist staff in meeting their record keeping obligations. The Unit also manages applications made under the Government Information (public Access) Act 2009 and to ensure we meet our obligations under the relevant Privacy Legislation.
Risk and Assurance Services assists the University community in being an efficient, transparent, well planned and controlled organisation. We do this by facilitating a practical application of risk management concepts. Our ultimate goal is for risk management to be an inherent aspect of the University's culture.
