ARC Success for the School of Education
School of Education researchers have been successful in gaining significant ARC grant income.
Congratulations to Prof Jenny Gore, Prof Jim Albright, Prof Max Smith, Dr Erica Southgate, and Dr Kath Holmes for their successful linkage grant with the NSWDEC of almost $635,000 over 4 years for the project "Educational and career aspirations in the middle years of schooling: understanding complexity for increased equity".
Congratulations to Prof Ron Plotnikoff, Prof PhilipMorgan, A/Prof David Lubans, and Dr Kerry Dally for their successful discovery grant of approx $260,000 over three years for the project "Increasing physical activity and reducing sedentary behaviour to improve health and well being in adolescent boys from disadvantaged schools"
