Why choose Newcastle
Flexibility, choice and recognition
Meet the requirements of a postgraduate degree without sacrificing work commitments or family time. Study at your own pace, online or face-to-face (or a combination of both). Once you've completed your study you'll have the opportunity to work anywhere in the world, because our degrees are recognised internationally.
Study a little or a lot
Going back to university is a big decision, particularly if you're working and/or have a family. The University of Newcastle gives you the option of studying single courses as well as having flexible entry and exit options, including Graduate Certificates, Graduate Diplomas and Masters programs.
Study where and when you want
A postgraduate degree doesn’t have to mean spending hours on-campus every week. GradSchool was established to address the growing need for flexible online study options. GradSchool offers access to more than 450 courses, 60 programs and a range of corporate study options with a "learner centered" approach to cater for the needs of busy professionals and working parents. With a unique blend of printed and electronic media and online interaction, you have complete control over where and when you study.
Support services designed to help
We have a whole range of services designed to make it easier for you to fit study into your life. Our online facilities allow you to access study libraries, submit assignments, use discussion boards, view lecture and tutorial notes and more, whenever and from wherever there is internet access.
